Your Absolute Care Ltd prides itself in providing a safe supported living atmosphere for young people & young parents aged 16 and over. We are in Peterborough but can provide our services throughout Cambridgeshire & Lincolnshire. We provide 24/7 supported accommodation on a shared living basis, or in individual properties where support is dependent on the young persons assessments, needs and risks.
Our houses are maintained to a high standard, have a fully functioning kitchen area, lounge/dining room, staff office, laundry facilities and a main bathroom. The gardens are situated to the rear the of the properties where applicable.
YAC Ltd will do their best to make their stay with us as warm and friendly as possible. Our staff will support the young person to settle and adjust to the new placement and will assist and advise them to maintain and achieve independent living skills, by giving them as much support and information as possible.
We want to provide the young person with a safe and supportive environment where they can grow and take advantages of opportunities to develop the skills which will help them on their personal journey to independent living post 18.
