YAC Ltd exists to support young people in their transition from childhood to being adults – ‘Bridging skills to full independence’. We help Local Authorities to meet their obligations, particularly for ‘Looked After’ children in their area. We are committed to young people and helping them to maximize their skill set to achieve the best version of themselves to be able to function as a respectable member of the community.
